  Such a high level of customer service. I was super impressed. Took my husbands Golf GTI (which was 2 years old, but new to us) to SVS for it's first service as the new owners. I found SVS doing a google search where someone had given a great review and called them just to check if I would get a similar service. Jo was really helpful on the phone, even offering a pick up and drop off service, but I took the option of a courtesy car and got a fabulous Audi A4, that I honestly didn't want to give back! When I picked up our car, Jo showed me everything that had been done and and advised me on what they would recommend and do at the next service showing they really understood the cars inner workings and how long things would last for. She even advised me where to source new tyres and was just so friendly. The two members of staff in reception were also lovely. I would recommend SVS to anyone on the Sunny Coast who has a European or prestige car. If you want a specialist and not an apprentice working on your baby, then these are the guys to go to.
